- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had Bill as my agent for 4 years. When I first signed up my rates were great, but my premiums went up every time I renewed. I would call to ask about my premiums, and the agents would feed me some BS about how they can't lower my rates. Finally it got to the point where my monthly premium was higher than my car payment. I called to get this taken care of and it took them 8 hours to return my call, and when the agent finally got back to me there was no apology, just more BS and a rude agent. Worst customer service I have ever had. Switched to Progressive, got better coverage and better customer service. Steer clear of this agent, unless you like rude people who overcharge. Farmers 6 month policy: $1,300; Progressive 6 month policy: $400(with a better base coverage). I regret not switching sooner.By John Costello, March 21, 2017
