- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Watch out for this Chase Branch. My sister was in the lobby making a deposit one week ago. The teller was working the lobby as well as the drive up. The teller gave my sister's ATM card and Drivers License to a drive up customer! They drove away. The bank refused to help her in any way and told her to go to the Motor Vehicle Dept. and just get a new license! Meanwhile, she received an email from Chase security to tell her the people had tried to use her ATM card. Gross negligence, incompetence and then they refuse to do anything about it. If you care about IDENTITY THEFT - DO NOT USE CHASE bank. If you do use Chase - watch the tellers with your identification. If they give your ATM card and Driver license to someone else, they won't apologize or try to make it right. They could have contacted the people that have the card and license but they refused.By Joan N, May 01, 2017
