- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Good for the most part but they need to hire more tellers or have more tellers on staff. Every time I come in to pay my car payment Im in line for 15-20 minutes for something that takes 3 minutes. Although they gave me a great rate for my car and this is my second loan with them and staff are friendly for the most part (have only had one teller that wasn't super friendly).By Jamie Post, January 13, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Applied for credit card was told they would call me in a week after two weeks of not hearing from them I had to go back in all they could do was tell me to call some other phone number. Took them 2 weeks to tell me that and only cause I went back in terrible customer service will be closing my account and going to any other bankBy Alex Meyer, November 12, 2016
