  I do not use this branch very often, because there is an "in-store" branch right across the street (at 20220 N 59th Ave.) inside a Fry's store, ... and I usually shop at that Fry's store way more often, than at any of the stores on the "East" side of (that part of) "59th Ave." Also, there is a free-standing CHASE branch at Union Hills Drive and 59th Ave., (on the NW corner), and I go there a lot too. I have always gotten helpful and cheerful service from ALL of the above mentioned branches of Chase ... plus the one at 19th Ave. and Bell, which was still a "Valley National Bank" when I opened my account there, about 1980. My main reason for this review is that the review about the teller "allegedly" giving the driver's license and ATM card to the wrong customer -- (and then, allegedly, refusing to help afterwards ... what? not even cancel the ATM card and issue a new one?) -- sounds BOGUS. I have NEVER had a bad experience like that with this bank ... including, going back to before Bank One became part of Chase ("J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A."), or even ... going WAY back to, before Valley National Bank became part of Bank One. I have always been treated nicely by the people at this bank, and I have always gotten good [and convenient] service and fair deals in my business dealings with the bank.
